The raw buildings are manufactured in China, purchased in bulk and freighted to Australia. They are made using special corten marine grade steel (not manufactured in Australia), and all our standard designs are based on Hi-Cube buildings providing higher ceilings even after insulation and roof cavities. All buildings are individually plated, certified and have been approved for shipping throughout the world.

Once in Australia, we then proceed to convert base buildings into one of our many designs. All openings are extensively reinforced which allows them to transport well after fitout. The buildings are sprayed with several coats of insulated thermal paint, and this, combined with our quality 75mm insulation for the roof and 50mm on the walls, will maximise energy efficiency. The fittings are of high quality and designed to last, and plumbing and electrical fitout is completed in Australia and concealed behind wall panelling.
