Hold-Down Protection...
Even non-cyclonic areas can suffer windstorms that can damage or destroy normal buildings. But our unique hold down system is part of the slab itself, protecting against the "uplift" that can damage a building. These massive steel brackets are cast directly into the slab. No other method offers you the strength and security of this lifetime, heavy duty hold down system.

DELIVERY – Our Advertised prices are ex-factory nearest to you. Delivery fee will vary depending on the type of building, how many roller doors, glass sliding doors, windows etc the building has. At the appropriate time we will furnish you with a fixed delivery fee for your new shed. This delivery fee insures the building up to and inclusive the unloading at the pre determined drop-off point. With the delivery of your new building you will receive a copy of the actual order that we place with the manufacturer. It is then becomes your responsibility to check that what you have been delivered conforms to the order that was placed. If that is not the case you need to inform us immediately (up to 4 days) to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue with the respective manufacturers. All loads are photographed before dispatching for your added protection.

WIND RATINGS – We manufacture buildings to suit all the Terrain Categories of Australia, from Geelong in Victoria to buildings that will withstand cyclone Tracy in Darwin. However prices quoted within are for region A & B (which is the bulk of Australia). We would be most pleased to quote whatever terrain category you may face in your area.

ERECTION - Shed Strong is not a builder, we do not erect sheds. On the common questions we are asked “Do you know any erectors that can erect my shed?” We say we will send out an erectors list for your area if we have one, albeit we have no associations with these erectors. In that list you will have names and phone numbers. It is up to you to call some or all these erectors to disuses your needs. Experience has shown that erection costs usually range in the region of 35% of the retail price of the kit material costs.
The obvious other cost to you to complete your project is a concrete slab and or footings. We suggest the local newspaper or local Yellow Pages to locate one of these tradespersons.
